Our five favorite places to order takeout in Los Angeles.
Since shelter in place began in LA, I have had time to practice my cooking skills and, let me tell you, I’ve made some pretty darn good meals! But some nights I want to give myself a break and simply order takeout. It is a great way to support small businesses and also give yourself a treat for all that we are going through. I live in West Hollywood and below are some of my favorite takeout locations. If you are local to LA, give ’em a try!
Blaze Pizza
Since lockdown started, my boyfriend and I have been doing Pizza Friday – the best night of the week! The reason why I included Blaze Pizza here is that they are the only pizza place nearby that delivers keto crust pizza! Yes – Blaze offers a keto option. If you are looking for a healthy alternative to a pizza crust, Blaze is your place!

What can I say about Tacos Tu Madre besides YUMMMMM! I’m a big fan of Mexican food and this is one of my go-to’s. My favorite thing to order is their Crispy Shrimp Burrito!

Flavor of India
I would say 40% of the times I order takeout, it’s Indian food. I can never make a good curry at home and I crave it all the time! Flavor of India is a neighborhood favorite.

Yuko Kitchen
Yuko Kitchen is one of my favorite great lunch spots. Their food is always fresh and is a great healthy option. I love the Garlic Albacore Salad with the Spicy Tuna Rice Cakes. So good!

Whenever I am craving seafood – which happens all the time – I order from Catch 56. They have a variety of seafood options, from grilled to fresh to fried.
