How do I edit my buyer information?

If a buyer needs to update their buyer information, the Blowfish Malibu team can manually do make the changes. Please reach out to info@blowfishshoe.com with your request.

How do I access my NuORDER account?

NuORDER can be accessed by signing into your account at https://app.next.nuorder.com/blowfishmalibu. If you need further instruction, your Sales Rep can provide you with our How to Access NuORDER sheet that has links on how to access your account.

How to I know which quantity or casepack to enter?

Each style comes in one casepack and each casepack has 12 pairs. When submitting your order on NuORDER, enter in quantities of 12. For example, if you would like 3 casepacks, enter 36 as the quantity.

My account is pending approval. How do I join NuORDER?

Your Sales Rep will need to approve your account on NuORDER. If you are pending approval, please reach out to your rep to check your account status.

How do I update my credit card information?

If a buyer needs to update their credit card, please reach out to Blowfish Malibu at info@blowfishshoe.com to request the Credit Card Update form.
