Blowfish Malibu is stepping up to make more conscious decisions that will make a positive impact on the environment. We are proud to showcase the SS22 Making Waves collection, a line of styles whose uppers are partially composed of recycled plastic. The Making Waves collection is part of our larger 4Earth project. To date, through the 4Earth project, we have repurposed over 1 million plastic bottles and have donated over $100k to Oceana, an organization that is dedicated to cleaning the world's oceans!
4Earth by Blowfish Malibu is our ongoing commitment to take a step in the right direction.
We acknowledge the fact that an estimated 300 million pairs of shoes end up in landfills each year and admit we are part of that problem.
Through 4Earth by Blowfish Malibu, we will assess what we do from an environmental standpoint and re-evaluate the process of how we manufacture, market and design our product in the hopes that we can make substantial changes and limit our footprint on the planet.
